Carl Schumann porcelain marks vary depending upon which variety of Schumann you see. Beginning in 1881, the Carl Schumann factory in Arzburg, Germany, produced highly colorful porcelain with an unmistakable Dresden nuance.
Schumann Bavaria, Schumann Germany Chateau, Schumann Bavaria Dresdner Art, Schumann Germany Empress, Schumann Arzburg Germany, Schumann Dresden, and more recently Schumann Germany U. S. Zone are examples of the different types of Carl Schumann porcelain marks.
