This Pickard cake plate, would make a beautiful addition to any collection. Obviously made to be set out before guests the face of the place is spanned by etched roses and daisies. This golden garden is further embellished by scalloping at four intervals along the edge of the plate, and to add utility to elegance there are two handles at the sides of the dish. The underside of the plate is stamped: "Pickard China Made in U.S.A. Hand Decorated 722" all of this underneath the Pickard lion.
