This is a charming antique RS Germany china bowl, circa 1910 +. This tenderly scalloped bowl with an embossed dot pattern creates a whimsical feel. Blooming pink and white tulips with luxuriant green stems and leaves grow from the dotted edge of the bowl. The underside of the bowl is stamped in blue: "RS Germany".
