This lovely plate is another exquisite example of the fine craftsmanship of the famous porcelain manufacturer Rudostadt. The scalloped golden edge of the piece is futher emphasized by delicately curving embossment along the rim of the plate. Upon the embossment and toward the center of the plate delicate flowers lay. Imbued with delicate purple hues, the flowers are couched in foliage that is tinged with russets and tawny accented by deep chocolate branches. This dish would make a charming addition to any collection. The underside of the plate is stamped in light blue with a diamond topped with a crown with the letters "RW" inside.
