This coupe shaped plate is a product of the famous Royal Copenhagen china manufacturer, and is decorated with the blue floral design. Each piece is hand painted and thus each flower, or decorative brush stroke is unique. However, the rim of each dish is encircled by a ring of embossment that gives the illusion of latticework. The rim is further embellished by four floral accents, while the very center of each piece is brought to life by a large bouquet that attracts the eye with both its size and the graceful contrast of the vibrant blue against a field of bright white porcelain. The underside of the dish is stamped in blue: three waved lines; in green: "Royal Copenhagen" encircling a crown.
