This is a lovely gold-gilt rococo style candy dish partially supported by putti figurines. Produced by the German Von Schierholz Dresden-style porcelain factory, this dish is beautifully adorned with hand sculpted hard paste porcelain flowers. The rim of the dish flows with scrolls and delicate ridges. The inside is painted with rococo flowers. This piece is in excellent condition, and I cannot find any flaws except for what may be a VERY tiny chip in the rose which may in fact be a factory imperfection. This piece would look lovely on your table or in your collection of fine antique porcelain.
