This large Haviland platter measures 17-3/4" long x 12" wide. The rim is scalloped with embossed, gold-gilded leaves on each end. The pattern consists of blue and pink carnations with periwinkle scrolls. There are wells inset in either end to provide drainage for oils and other juices. The backstamp reads "Haviland & Co. Limoges." This is a gorgeous piece that dates to 1888-1896.
