This is a lovely piece by the Haviland et Cie (Haviland & Co.) in Limoges, France. The edge is scalloped and embossed on the top rim with scrolling patterns. The center and inner rim is printed with a turqouise and green floral pattern. Each end is embossed and trimmed in gold. The piece is in very good condition, except that a small amount of gold glaze has worn off either end.
