This is a stylish tea and dessert service for four, by the A.Giraud & Brousseau porcelain manufactory in Limoges France.  The stamp reads "Specially for Mayhew New York Made in France," and is signed by the artist Francoise Adnet.  The pieces are decorated with an extraordinary design that resembles roots, black contrasted elegantly on white porcelain.  The pieces are beautifully molded, the plates scalloped with layers of ridges and crimping.
