This Theodore Haviland New York saucer is decorated in the Crimson Mosaic pattern. This pattern consists of a 1/2" wide crimson red mosaic band outlined on each side by a narrow gold band. Adjacent to this gold band is found an inner 1/4" wide band of a crimson red leaf/berry design inlaid in a white field resting next to another 1/4" crimson red mosaic band. This mosaic band is outlined on each side with delicate bands of gold. Encircling the inner rim of the saucer is a thin gold band. The center of the saucer is white.
