This lunch plate is decorated with the Haviland & Co. china pattern "Bordeaux," numbered Schleiger 539. This pattern consists of blue, yellow and pink flowers extending from a blue-outlined yellow band at the edge of the rim. The pieces with this pattern are smooth at the edges. The back is stamped twice: in green: "Haviland France" above a second, in red: "BORDEAUX Decorated by Haviland & Co. Limoges."
