This coupe soup bowl is decorated with the Haviland & Co. china pattern Schleiger 440D, Blank 1. This floral pattern consists of pink and purple flowers in green leaf bundles. The flower bundles are further accented with purple ribbon. The pattern encircles the scalloped edge and tumbles into the bowl's center. The underside of the coupe soup bowl is stamped in green: "Haviland France" and in red: "Decorated by Haviland & Co. Limoges".
