This is Bros Voigt and Alfred Voigt Dresden style compote manufactured at the Sitzendorf Porcelain Manufactory and VEB Sitzendorf Porcelain Manufactory in Sitzendorf, circa 1887-1990 that has had repairs to the bowl. The gentleman is missing the tip of his little finger on his left hand. One leaf on the rear side is chipped, as well as a tiny chip to an ivory rose petal. There is a small chipped area at the junction of the top of the base where the bowl fits into the base top. Additional pictures of the repair work and the chipped areas are available on request.
