This is an endearing piece depicting a little girl who is being reunited with her father who apparently has just returned from war. Little toy soldiers and a toy cannon lay scattered at his feet, and to his right is a military map and his hat. A tiny tea set is arranged on the table. The two women look on lovingly. There are also some hand sculpted flowers and leaves on the flat base. This is a most interesting piece produced by the Sitzendorf porcelain manufactory.
